Everyone who teaches motorcycle training in BC and charges a fee for that training is required by law to be a certified motorcycle instructor.
Once an instructor has held their license for a certain period of time, they are permitted to go through training and testing which allows them to apply the parking lot/motorcycle skills test (AKA MST). Our instructor has been certified as a MSAO for the past 5 years, and has given the test in an official capacity over 400 times.
When you are training to pass a test, whether you take the test at the school or at ICBC, it is comforting to know that the instructor training you, and telling you that you are ready for the test, is also certified as a test examiner.
