Get paid what you’re worth. Teach more. Skip the setup and admin.

Urban Rider is looking for already-licensed motorcycle instructors who want a better overall job: more actual teaching hours, flexible scheduling, the option to teach range, traffic, classroom, or a mix, and a professional environment where your time is spent teaching — not setting up courses or dealing with unnecessary admin.

$30–$50/hour Strong pay depending on experience and teaching scope
More actual teaching hours We are hiring because the work is there
Flexible schedule Build a schedule that works for the right fit
Range, traffic, classroom Teach your strengths or build a mixed schedule
No setup. No admin. Show up ready to teach and focus on instruction

For the right licensed instructor coming from outside Victoria, relocation assistance may be available.

Important: This is not a trainee position. You must already hold the required BC motorcycle instructor licence. Urban Rider is not hiring unlicensed applicants for this role.

More Actual Teaching Hours

This role is meant to be worth doing. Urban Rider is growing, and we are hiring because there is real demand for teaching time.

Flexible Schedule

We can shape the work around the right instructor. Whether you want lighter availability or stronger teaching blocks, there is room for flexibility.

Teach the Way You’re Strongest

Prefer range instruction? Traffic? Classroom? A mix of all three? We can build the role around your strengths and availability.

No Setup. No Admin. Just Teaching.

Your job is to instruct. We are looking for professionals who want to spend their time teaching, not handling setup or getting buried in admin.
